Store Order Management
The SCM/400™ Store Order Management module provides the ability to receive and process store orders, review and refine the daily picking and transportation plans, adjust orders, release orders for billing, generate letdowns to refill pick locations, invoice the orders, debit/credit the stores’ invoices and adjust any costing or pricing errors post-invoicing.

Product Sourcing
Allows user to choose either a warehouse or a vendor from which to fill store orders for a specific date range through established sourcing rules.
Transportation planning
Provides visible control of transportation requirements. Allows transport planning before order preparation and billing. Will report route recap of actual billed order for dispatching. Warns if normal transportation plan needs to be changed to accommodate today’s orders. Supports reserve shipping schedule for holidays.
Picking planning
Organises picking in cycles and waves. Displays selection requirements for resource utilisation. Simulates pick workload by warehouse section and provides on-line optimisation of picking based on user-defined parameters.
Billing and Replenishment
Allows for different picking documentation by section. Can release orders by store, by wave or by item to satisfy customer. Items can be reserved and billed at special prices for different store groups. Produces labels, documents or RF tasks. Depletes the inventory for the orders. Creates replenishment assignments, documents and labels.
Planning
The transportation and pick plan for the day can be viewed based on order volume to determine the vehicle and labour needs.
Invoicing
On-line invoicing allows net or gross invoicing. Adds warehouse markup and delivery charges. Creates invoice file for accounting department. Provides on-line quantity error adjustment, pricing and costing error correction and credit/debit processing.
